Create any medium of artwork on a 16 oz. cup. It must be a cup provided by the event organizers. Use any medium you like to create your artwork. It can be flat or 3-dimensional on any part of the cup.

Cups may be picked up as long as supplies last from January 16 to February 23 at the Port Orchard Market at 715 Bay Street, Port Orchard, WA. An entry form will be inside the cup or can be downloaded from this website and returned with your cup to the Port Orchard Market.

Submit the finished cup and entry form to the Port Orchard Market by February 23. Entries must be completely dry and fixed at the time of submission. Once your submission and entry form have been received, an entry tag with a number and first name will be placed alongside your submitted cup.

Cups will be on display at the Public Market through February 25.  A panel of judges will award a prize in each category and then there is also the People’s Choice – so the sooner you get your artwork entered, the more votes you will receive.  Don’t hesitate to get your family and friends to go downtown to vote for your art piece.

People’s Choice voting will start on January 22.

*Tells the Best Story

*Most Whimsical

People’s Choice award winner will be the overall community favorite! Entries must be appropriate for a community/family event.

All entrants agree to allow the use of their name(s) and photos for promotional purposes. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature on the entry form.

All entries must be released/left for display at the Port Orchard Market until after judging. They can be collected by contestants starting February 25 and must be collected by March 1. Any entries not picked up become the property of the Port Orchard Bay Street Association.
